RECReconcile

RECReconcile is a web app (with optional desktop data connector) that reconciles renewable energy credit activity across registries, brokers, and internal ledgers to prevent costly reporting errors. Most REC teams still live in spreadsheets, where serial numbers, vintage, geography, and retirement claims drift fast—especially when multiple counterparties and registries are involved. The app ingests exports from major registries and trading platforms, normalizes fields, and flags discrepancies like duplicate serials, missing retirements, broken chain-of-custody, and claims that don’t match contractual terms. It generates an audit-ready reconciliation packet with a clear exception list, evidence links, and a change log. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to map messy column headers, extract terms from contracts/invoices, and suggest likely matches, but users must approve changes. It’s built for accuracy and defensibility, not hype.
