RecruitRelay is a web app (with optional mobile participant portal) that helps UX researchers recruit participants, schedule sessions, and issue incentives without the spreadsheet chaos. You create a screener, set quotas, and publish a shareable link; participants complete eligibility steps and pick a time slot. The system automatically manages waitlists, no-shows, reminders, and backfills so studies don’t stall. Incentives are handled through built-in payouts (gift cards or cash equivalents) with fraud checks and receipt-ready logs for finance. It also keeps a lightweight participant CRM: past participation, demographic tags, and do-not-contact rules to prevent over-researching the same people. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps detect suspicious signups, suggest quota adjustments, and draft screeners, but the core value is operational reliability.
