RecyCheck is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps brands and manufacturers verify recycled-content claims across their packaging and materials supply chain. Suppliers upload invoices, certificates, and batch/lot documents; the system extracts key fields, flags inconsistencies, and builds an auditable chain-of-custody record per SKU and production run. It outputs simple, defensible reports aligned to common audit expectations (e.g., mass-balance summaries, supplier attestations, evidence packs). This is not a consumer recycling app; it targets the unglamorous but expensive problem of compliance and reputational risk. It’s an AI + traditional app: AI accelerates document parsing and anomaly detection, while deterministic rules and human review keep it credible. Expect messy data, reluctant suppliers, and long sales cycles—but if you can reduce audit time and prevent a single public “fake recycled” scandal, customers will pay.
