RedactPilot

RedactPilot is a web app for law firms and HR/compliance teams that need to remove sensitive information from large PDF collections fast. Users upload single files or massive batches, choose a redaction policy (PII, IDs, signatures, addresses, custom terms), and the system runs high-precision detection using OCR plus layout-aware AI. Results are presented in a review queue with side-by-side page preview, confidence scores, and one-click accept/undo for each proposed redaction. Exports include permanently burned-in redactions (not just overlays), a redaction log for defensibility, and a searchable index of what was removed and why. The product supports templates per matter/audit, role-based access, and secure storage with retention controls. It’s designed to turn days of manual black-boxing into minutes while reducing the risk of missed PII that can trigger sanctions, breaches, or audit findings.
