RedactVault

RedactVault is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that helps archives and records offices prepare documents for public release without leaking sensitive data. It ingests PDFs, scans, and images; runs AI-assisted detection for common sensitive fields (SSNs, addresses, phone numbers, signatures, faces, minors, case IDs); and forces a human review workflow before export. Every redaction is logged with who approved it, when, and why, producing an audit trail that survives FOIA/public records challenges. It exports “burned-in” redactions plus a separate internal copy, and generates a release package with a cover sheet and exemption notes. This is not a magic button: it’s a controlled workflow that reduces risk and time, especially for small teams drowning in requests. Pricing is per seat plus per-page processing, aligned to predictable budgets.
