RedFlagAntq is a mobile + web app that helps antique buyers avoid costly mistakes by running a fast “risk check” on a listing or in-hand item. You snap photos, enter what the seller claims (age, maker, materials, repairs), and the app returns a plain-English risk report: common reproduction tells, mismatched hardware/patina, suspicious marks, typical restoration red flags, and price-outlier warnings based on comparable sales ranges. It also generates a short checklist of questions to ask the dealer and a “must-request” document list (receipts, prior appraisals, export permits where relevant). This is not a magic authenticity oracle; it’s a practical due-diligence assistant that reduces impulsive buys and helps users document what they saw at purchase time. Monetization is subscription plus per-report credits for higher-value categories (watches, silver, ceramics, furniture).
