RedFlagRoom

RedFlagRoom is a mobile + web app that helps people create a practical “safe space plan” for dates, roommates, coworkers, and family situations—before things escalate. Users set up check-in schedules, trusted contacts, and a personalized exit script library (texts, calls, and on-the-spot phrases). The app includes a simple risk journal that turns confusing situations into structured notes (what happened, where, who, frequency) and generates a shareable summary for a friend, HR, or counselor. It also offers location-aware check-ins (opt-in) and a one-tap “I need an out” ping that sends a prewritten message to selected contacts. This isn’t therapy and won’t magically keep you safe, but it can reduce hesitation and make leaving easier by removing decision friction and documenting patterns early.
