RedlineFlow

RedlineFlow is a web app (with optional Microsoft Word add-in) that automates contract redlining and version control for teams that live in email attachments. Users upload two or more document versions (DOCX/PDF), and the app produces a precise markup, a clean copy, and a change log grouped by clause/section. It also flags risky edits (e.g., liability caps removed, payment terms changed) using configurable rules plus AI-assisted classification, then routes the document for approval with a simple workflow. The goal is not to “write your contract for you,” but to remove the tedious, error-prone parts of comparing, tracking, and summarizing changes. It integrates with SharePoint/OneDrive and keeps an audit trail for who approved what and when. This is a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic diffing first, AI only for labeling and risk triage.
