RedlinePilot is a web app (with optional Word add-in) that generates first-pass contract redlines and fallback clauses based on your playbooks. Upload a DOCX, select contract type (MSA, NDA, SOW), counterparty risk level, and your preferred positions. The app returns a marked-up DOCX with tracked changes, a short issues list, and a negotiation summary you can paste into email. It also stores clause outcomes so your playbook improves over time (what you accepted, what you fought, what you conceded). This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts and explains edits; traditional workflows handle versioning, approvals, and audit trails. Brutal truth: you will not beat incumbents on “general AI drafting.” You win only by being narrowly focused, playbook-driven, and reliably producing usable redlines that reduce attorney hours without embarrassing mistakes.
