RedlineProof is a web app (with optional Outlook/Gmail add-in) that flags contract risk in the messy reality of redlines, email attachments, and last-minute “small changes.” Users upload a draft or compare two versions, then get a risk brief: non-standard clauses, missing fallbacks, risky deviations from your playbook, and obligations that create downstream exposure (auto-renewals, indemnities, liability caps, data protection, governing law). It also generates a one-page “deal risk memo” for internal approval, with citations to the exact clause text and a suggested counter-proposal pulled from your approved clause library. This is a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic rules for playbook compliance, plus LLM-based clause classification and plain-English explanations. It won’t replace lawyers; it reduces review time and catches obvious misses when teams are rushed.
