RedlineVault is a web app (with optional desktop add-in) that converts messy Word/PDF redlines into a structured, deal-ready issues list for investment banking and private equity teams. Upload a draft SPA, credit agreement, or engagement letter and the app extracts changes, groups them by topic (economics, reps, covenants, indemnities, termination, fees), and produces a sortable tracker with owner, priority, and proposed fallback language. It also keeps a versioned audit trail so teams can see what moved between drafts and what’s still open. The product is an AI-assisted workflow, not a “magic lawyer”: it flags uncertainty, cites the exact clause text, and requires human confirmation before anything is marked resolved. Export to Excel/Google Sheets and generate a clean “open items” PDF for counsel and counterparties.
