ReefLogix

ReefLogix is a mobile + web app for divers, guides, and NGOs to run consistent reef and fish surveys without expensive hardware. Users follow short, standardized transects, capture geo-tagged photos/video, and log key indicators (bleaching, disease, invasive species, fish counts). An AI-assisted workflow suggests species IDs and flags anomalies, but the app is designed for “human-in-the-loop” verification to avoid bad data. The web dashboard aggregates sites over time, produces simple trend charts, and exports clean datasets for reporting to funders or government portals. This is not a consumer “fish encyclopedia”; it’s a lightweight field data system that replaces messy spreadsheets and inconsistent notes. Offline-first capture is core, because many reefs have no signal. Pricing is per organization or per guide team, with free community projects to seed adoption.
