Users follow simple in-app guidance to capture consistent images along a site “transect,” then upload them for automated analysis: bleaching likelihood, algae overgrowth, sedimentation, and rough coral cover estimates. The app turns messy field photos into a time-series dashboard with alerts when conditions shift beyond normal variability. It also supports lightweight collaboration: assign sites, schedule re-surveys, and export reports for funders or regulators. This is not a replacement for scientific monitoring; it’s a practical, lower-cost triage tool that flags where to send limited expert time. The product is designed around real constraints: inconsistent connectivity, variable image quality, and staff turnover at small operations.
