ReelRoster

ReelRoster is a web + mobile app for independent cinemas, micro-festivals, and film clubs to manage programming without the overhead of enterprise ticketing platforms. It centralizes film submissions/requests, screening rights status, DCP/file delivery checklists, Q&A guest logistics, and simple seat sales (or RSVP) in one place. The app focuses on the messy middle: tracking who approved what, when deliverables arrive, and what still blocks a screening. It also generates a clean public program page and exports to calendars/newsletters. This is not a “discover indie films” app; it’s operational software for small teams that currently live in spreadsheets, email threads, and Google Drive. An AI assistant can draft outreach emails to distributors/filmmakers, summarize contracts/terms into a checklist, and flag missing items before showtime.
