ReEntryPlan

ReEntryPlan is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps employees and managers run a structured “return-to-work” process after a sabbatical. It generates a practical re-entry plan: what changed while you were gone, which systems/processes to relearn, who to meet, what deliverables to avoid in week one, and what success looks like by day 30/60/90. The app collects inputs from the employee, manager, and a designated buddy, then turns them into a shared timeline with check-ins, meeting templates, and a knowledge-gap checklist. It also includes a handoff archive so the returning employee can quickly find the right docs, owners, and decisions without digging through Slack threads. The goal isn’t “wellness”—it’s reducing ramp-up time, mistakes, and awkwardness so teams stop treating sabbatical returns like an afterthought.
