RefCheck is a mobile + web app for amateur sports leagues that need fair calls without hiring expensive officials. It lets teams record games from one or two phones, automatically timestamps key moments, and enables quick “challenge” clips (10–20 seconds) that can be reviewed by a designated league reviewer after the match. The app focuses on accountability: every challenge is logged, limited per game, and tied to the rulebook section so arguments don’t spiral. It also generates a simple post-game report showing disputed calls, outcomes, and repeat-problem patterns (e.g., specific fields, teams, or rules). This is not a magic “AI referee” that pretends to be perfect; it’s a lightweight evidence and process tool that reduces conflict, improves consistency, and helps leagues retain players and volunteers.
