RefCheckr
RefCheckr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that lets job seekers privately “dry-run” their references before an employer ever calls. You invite 2–5 references, and the app guides them through a short, structured questionnaire and recorded audio answers that mimic real reference checks (role fit, reliability, conflict, rehire, strengths/risks). The system flags red signals (vagueness, lukewarm ratings, inconsistencies across references) and generates a concise report with actionable fixes: who to keep, who to replace, what to brief them on, and what achievements to remind them of. It also provides a reference briefing pack (bullet points, dates, metrics) tailored to the target role. This is not a resume builder; it’s a preemptive risk-control tool for late-stage hiring where one weak reference can quietly kill an offer.
