RefCheckr is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly links) that helps recruiters and headhunters run fast, consistent, legally safer reference checks without endless phone tag. Recruiters send candidates a secure link to nominate references and consent to specific questions. References answer via short structured forms or scheduled 10-minute recorded calls; the system transcribes, summarizes, and flags inconsistencies (employment dates, role scope, rehire eligibility) while keeping an audit trail. Output is a standardized reference report that plugs into ATS notes and can be shared with hiring managers. The product focuses on speed and defensibility: clear consent, question templates by role, and red-flag detection rather than “vibes.” It’s not glamorous, but it removes a painful bottleneck that still wastes hours per hire and frequently gets skipped or done sloppily.
