ReferSprint

ReferSprint is a web + mobile AI-assisted app that helps students and entry-level candidates systematically request, track, and convert referrals without sounding spammy. It builds a lightweight “referral pipeline” from LinkedIn profile links and email contacts, then generates highly personalized outreach messages based on the target role, company, and the referrer’s relationship strength. It also schedules follow-ups, logs responses, and nudges users toward the next best action (ask for a 10-minute chat, request a referral link, or apply first). A simple dashboard shows which companies are heating up, which contacts are going cold, and what to do today in under 15 minutes. The app includes templates for professors, alumni, past managers, and peer referrals, plus a “proof pack” builder that assembles a one-page brag sheet and project links to reduce friction for the referrer.
