RefillBridge

RefillBridge is a web + mobile app that standardizes medication refill requests for patients and routes them to the right place with fewer back-and-forth calls. Patients snap a photo of their pill bottle, confirm pharmacy, dosage, and last fill date, then answer a short safety checklist (missed doses, side effects, pregnancy, BP readings if relevant). The app generates a clean, clinic-friendly refill packet and sends it via the clinic’s preferred channel (patient portal message, secure fax, or direct EHR inbox where supported). It tracks status, pings patients for missing info, and escalates to “needs appointment/labs” when rules trigger. This is a traditional app with light AI: OCR for bottle labels and smart field autofill. It doesn’t pretend to replace clinicians; it just reduces incomplete requests and phone tag.
