RefillLedger is a mobile + web app for small retailers and local brands running refill/return programs (bulk goods, household cleaners, coffee, cosmetics). It replaces messy punch cards and spreadsheets with QR-based container IDs, deposit tracking, and refill history per customer and per container. Staff scan a container at checkout to record a refill, apply deposit credits, and flag containers that should be retired. The web dashboard shows closed-loop metrics that actually matter: return rate, average container lifespan, loss/shrink, refill frequency by SKU, and CO2/waste estimates with clear assumptions. It also generates simple monthly reports for landlords, municipalities, or brand partners. This is not a “save the planet” vibe app; it’s operational bookkeeping for making reuse programs financially viable. If the numbers don’t work, the app will reveal that fast.
