RefillNudge is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid independent clinics that turns refill requests into a structured, trackable workflow instead of a phone-tag mess. Patients submit refill requests through a simple link (no portal login required), including pharmacy, medication, last fill date, and a photo of the bottle if needed. The clinic gets an inbox that auto-triages: controlled substances, overdue visits/labs, prior auth likely, and duplicate requests are flagged. It generates a ready-to-send summary for the clinician and logs every touch for audit. The product is realistic: it does not “auto-approve” medications; it reduces back-and-forth and missed details. It integrates lightly with existing systems via eFax and optional EHR hooks where feasible, focusing on clinics that can’t afford heavy EHR customization.
