RefillProof is a mobile + web app that helps patients submit “clean” refill requests that pharmacies and clinics can process without back-and-forth. Users scan the prescription label, confirm key fields (drug, dose, prescriber, pharmacy), and the app runs a rules-based checklist to catch common denial triggers (too early, missing visit, controlled substance, prior auth likely, no refills remaining). It then generates a concise, standardized refill message and sends it via supported channels (patient portal copy/paste, fax-to-clinic, or pharmacy note) while tracking status and reminders. It’s a traditional app with light AI: OCR + a small LLM layer to draft patient-friendly messages and summarize what info is missing. The goal isn’t “magic approvals”—it’s reducing avoidable friction and wasted calls by making requests complete and correctly routed.
