RefillRelay is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that streamlines medication refill requests between patients, clinics, and pharmacies. Patients submit refill requests with a guided form that captures the minimum clinically useful info (med name, dose, last fill, preferred pharmacy, symptoms/red flags). Clinics get a unified inbox that auto-triages requests into “safe to refill,” “needs labs/visit,” or “pharmacy clarification,” based on configurable rules and the patient’s chart context pulled from the EHR. The app generates a ready-to-sign refill order and a patient message, reducing back-and-forth. It also tracks SLA timers, escalations, and audit logs for compliance. This is not a consumer pharmacy replacement; it’s a workflow tool for small-to-mid practices that are drowning in refill calls and portal messages and losing staff time to repetitive coordination.
