RefillRoster is a mobile + web app that turns your real consumption into a simple essentials subscription plan. Instead of guessing “every 2 weeks,” you scan receipts or connect your retailer account to learn how fast you actually use paper goods, detergents, pet food, diapers, and pantry staples. The app then builds a rolling box schedule with a price cap, preferred brands, and acceptable substitutes. When prices spike, items go out of stock, or your usage changes, it automatically adjusts shipment quantities and timing and asks for approval only when the change is meaningful. It also supports household sharing so roommates/partners can confirm needs and avoid duplicate purchases. This is not a magic “AI will save money” pitch—savings come mainly from fewer emergency trips and fewer wasted extras, with modest price optimization on top.
