ReflexTrack

ReflexTrack is a mobile + web app that helps patients and clinicians build a clean, time-stamped diagnostic timeline before and between visits. Users log symptoms, triggers, vitals, meds, and test results using guided prompts that mirror clinical reasoning (onset, duration, red flags, negatives). The app converts messy notes into a shareable, clinician-friendly summary (PDF + FHIR bundle) that can be attached to referrals or uploaded to patient portals. It also flags “missing basics” (e.g., no orthostatic vitals recorded for dizziness) and suggests evidence-based questions to ask at the next appointment—without pretending to diagnose. This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps summarize and normalize entries, but all outputs are framed as documentation support, not medical conclusions. The goal is fewer repeat visits, fewer duplicated tests, and faster specialist triage.
