RefNudge

RefNudge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates the most painful part of job applications: collecting references and recommendation blurbs on time. Candidates create a reference packet once, add referees, and the app sends polite, timed nudges with one-click forms that take 2–3 minutes to complete. It then assembles a clean, shareable link containing verified contact info, relationship context, and short structured endorsements tailored to the role (e.g., “leadership,” “execution,” “communication”). It also provides a lightweight “reference readiness” score and flags missing details recruiters commonly ask for. This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps draft request messages, summarize referee responses into consistent bullets, and generate role-specific versions, but the referee’s raw text is always preserved and exportable. The goal is fewer dropped applications due to missing references and less social friction for candidates.
