ReformRadar

ReformRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for government reform offices to plan, track, and evidence public sector reform initiatives across ministries and agencies. It standardizes reform “work packages” (policy change, process redesign, digitalization, workforce, procurement) into a single portfolio view with milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable indicators. The AI layer helps convert messy documents (cabinet memos, audit findings, donor logframes, strategy PDFs) into structured plans, suggests realistic KPIs, and flags risks like missing baselines or unowned actions. It also generates board-ready monthly briefs and public-facing progress summaries with redaction controls. Brutal reality: governments already have spreadsheets and PM tools; the win is not fancy dashboards—it’s reducing reporting burden and making cross-agency accountability harder to dodge.
