RefPulse

RefPulse is a mobile + web app for amateur and semi-pro leagues to improve officiating without turning every game into a courtroom. Coaches, players, and spectators can submit short, time-stamped “incident clips” from their phone video (or imported streams). The app auto-stabilizes, syncs multiple angles, and generates a simple incident package: timestamp, rule category, and a confidence-rated summary. Referees get a private post-game review dashboard with a few key clips, heatmaps of where calls were disputed, and a short learning module tied to the league’s rulebook. Leagues can track patterns (not public shaming): common missed calls, ref workload, and training progress. It’s realistic because it doesn’t promise perfect real-time decisions; it focuses on structured post-game improvement and accountability with minimal admin overhead.
