ReframeLog is a mobile AI app that helps users identify and neutralize harsh self-talk in the moment, without pretending life is perfect. You quickly log a “critic line” (typed or voice), select the context (work, body, relationships), and the app generates 3 grounded rewrites: one compassionate, one neutral, and one action-oriented. It then asks a single follow-up question to force specificity (e.g., “What evidence would change your mind?”) and saves the exchange as a searchable “reframe card.” Over time, ReframeLog shows patterns (top triggers, recurring themes, time-of-day spikes) and offers short, evidence-based drills (CBT-style thought records, cognitive distortions spotting) that take under 2 minutes. It’s not therapy, and it won’t diagnose you; it’s a practical tool for people who spiral and want a repeatable way to interrupt it.
