RefRate

RefRate is a mobile + web app for leagues and pickup organizers to track referee performance with structured, low-drama feedback. After each game, captains (and optionally coaches) submit quick ratings on punctuality, rule knowledge, consistency, communication, and game control, plus a short incident log with timestamps. The app aggregates scores into a referee profile, flags outliers, and generates simple season reports for assignors. It also supports match verification (who was present) and a lightweight dispute workflow so refs can respond once, preventing endless arguments. This is not a fan rant board: only verified participants can rate, and the system weights feedback by rater history to reduce vendettas. Monetization is B2B: leagues pay for referee management and reporting; refs can optionally pay for a “portfolio” view to share with assignors.
