RefReady

RefReady is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps wrestling officials and tournament directors reduce confusion, delays, and inconsistent calls. Officials get a tap-first match flow with quick timers, scoring shortcuts, and a searchable rulebook that can answer “is this legal?” questions in plain language, citing the exact rule reference (NFHS/USA Wrestling rule sets as selectable packs). Between matches, refs can log unusual situations, injuries, stalling sequences, and misconduct with structured notes that export to the event director. For directors, RefReady provides a lightweight dashboard showing mat status, bout progress, stoppage reasons, and incident logs—useful for keeping events on schedule and defusing disputes. The AI component is intentionally narrow: it summarizes incident notes, suggests the most relevant rule passages, and generates a clear explanation you can show coaches/parents. It does not “auto-ref” from video, which is unrealistic for most events.
