RefReady

RefReady is a mobile + web app that helps amateur leagues reliably staff referees/umpires and avoid last-minute chaos. League admins post games with pay, location, level, and rules; officials set availability, travel radius, and preferred sports. The app auto-offers assignments to the best-fit officials, confirms with one tap, and escalates to backups if someone declines or doesn’t respond. Built-in reminders, check-in, and simple incident reporting reduce disputes. Payments can be tracked (or optionally paid out) so leagues stop chasing receipts and refs stop wondering when they’ll get paid. It’s not trying to run your whole league—just the part that consistently breaks: finding and retaining officials. The MVP focuses on reliability, speed, and accountability, with lightweight scheduling that can import from a CSV or common calendar feeds.
