RefReady is a mobile + web app for grassroots football/soccer leagues to schedule referees, confirm availability, and handle last-minute no-shows without blowing up the matchday. Assignors post games, refs accept/decline with one tap, and teams get automatic notifications when officials are confirmed (or missing). Built-in pay tracking (per match fees, travel add-ons, late cancellations) reduces admin back-and-forth and “who owes what” disputes. An AI layer flags high-risk fixtures (historical no-show refs, long travel, low pay, short notice) and suggests backup officials based on proximity, experience level, and reliability score. This is not a fan app or stats toy; it’s operational plumbing for leagues that currently run on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and panic calls. The MVP focuses on reliability, speed, and clear accountability rather than fancy analytics.
