It centralizes referee availability, certification levels, location radius, and preferred sports, then automates assignment offers with escalating fallback rules when someone declines or doesn’t respond. Built-in confirmations, day-of check-in, and incident reporting reduce chaos at the field. Payments are handled through tracked game completion: refs submit a quick post-game form, admins approve in bulk, and payouts run automatically with clear fee breakdowns. The app also keeps a lightweight performance history (lateness, acceptance rate, feedback) to help directors choose dependable officials without turning it into a public “rating war.” This is not a full league-management suite; it focuses narrowly on the officiating workflow where failures are costly and frequent.
