Organizers post matches with location, level, and pay; referees set availability, travel radius, certifications, and preferred sports. The system auto-suggests a shortlist, sends confirmations with deadlines, and triggers an escalation ladder if someone declines or doesn’t respond. It also handles digital check-in at the venue, incident reporting, and automatic payout after match completion. This isn’t a “pretty bracket” tool—it's a staffing and reliability layer that plugs into existing tournament workflows. Monetization is per-tournament or per-assignment, with optional referee subscription for premium visibility and faster payouts.
