RefReady is a mobile + web app for amateur and semi-pro leagues to run officiating like a real operation: assign referees, confirm availability, handle last-minute replacements, track check-ins, and pay officials fast. The core workflow is built around “game cards” that bundle location, rules, contacts, and incident reporting so refs aren’t digging through group chats. It includes automated reminders, one-tap arrival verification (GPS + time window), and post-game reports (scores, cards, injuries, ejections) that feed a league audit trail. This is not a fan app; it’s back-office operations for leagues that are currently held together by spreadsheets and texts. The MVP should focus on one sport (e.g., soccer) and one customer type (local leagues/tournaments) to avoid feature sprawl. Monetization is SaaS per league plus optional per-payment fees.
