RefReady

RefReady is a mobile + web app for handball referee coordinators and referees to manage assignments, availability, confirmations, and payouts in one place. Most handball officiating is still run through messy group chats, spreadsheets, and last-minute phone calls—leading to no-shows, double-bookings, and delayed payments that drive refs away. RefReady focuses on the unglamorous but critical operations: automated assignment offers, one-tap accept/decline, conflict detection, venue directions, match-day check-in, and post-match payment tracking. It also generates simple compliance artifacts (assignment logs, payment summaries) that clubs and leagues need. This is not a fan app; it’s a workflow tool that reduces coordinator workload and makes refereeing less painful, which directly helps leagues keep matches staffed. AI is used sparingly for schedule suggestions and conflict resolution, not as a gimmick.
