RefReady is a mobile + web app that helps lacrosse leagues and tournament directors recruit, schedule, and pay officials without the usual last-minute chaos. Assignors post games with pay rates, location, and level; officials claim or get assigned based on availability, certification, and travel distance. Built-in confirmations, day-of check-in, and no-show tracking reduce cancellations. After the game, refs submit a quick report and get paid automatically via instant payout or ACH, with optional mileage add-ons. The app also stores certifications/expiration dates and blocks assignments that violate league rules. This is not a “team management” tool; it’s a narrow operations product focused on the hardest part of running events: staffing and paying officials reliably. Monetization is per-game fees to leagues/tournaments plus optional subscription for advanced compliance and reporting.
