RefReady

RefReady is a web + mobile app for youth and amateur sports leagues to manage referee scheduling, confirmations, game-day check-in, and fast payouts. The core is a simple availability-to-assignment workflow: refs set availability, assignors fill games, and refs confirm with one tap. On game day, refs check in via GPS/time window, submit scores/incidents, and trigger automatic payment. It also includes lightweight compliance tracking (cert level, background check expiry) and a private performance log (no public shaming) based on coach/assignor feedback. This is not a “teach refereeing” app; it’s operations software that reduces no-shows, last-minute scrambling, and payment disputes. AI is used only where it actually helps: suggesting assignments that minimize travel and avoid conflicts, and flagging risky games likely to go uncovered.
