RefundForge is a mobile + web AI-assisted app that scans your email receipts and bank/credit card transactions to surface “recoverable money” you’re realistically missing: late deliveries eligible for credits, price drops within return windows, duplicate charges, canceled services still billing, unused travel credits, and warranty/chargeback opportunities. It doesn’t pretend to magically erase debt; it focuses on small-to-medium recoveries that add up. The app generates a claim packet (merchant policy snippet, order details, timestamps, screenshots) and one-click outreach templates for chat/email. For tougher cases, it offers a paid concierge escalation (human) with clear odds and expected value before you pay. A dashboard tracks claim status, deadlines, and expected recovery. You’ll also get a “stop the leak” list: merchants/services causing repeat issues and suggested actions (cancel, switch, set alerts).
