RefundRadar is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps crowdfunding creators spot and reduce refund/chargeback risk early—before it snowballs into cash-flow failure. It connects to your crowdfunding platform exports plus Stripe/PayPal transaction data and customer support inboxes, then flags patterns like delayed shipping promises, high-risk geographies, duplicate pledges, sudden pledge spikes, and sentiment shifts in messages/comments. The app produces a weekly “Refund Risk Score,” a cash-flow runway view, and recommended actions (e.g., update cadence, shipping promise edits, proactive backer messaging templates, partial-fulfillment options). It won’t magically prevent disputes—platform rules and payment networks still decide outcomes—but it can help creators avoid the most common self-inflicted triggers. Pricing is subscription-based with a higher tier for agencies managing multiple campaigns.
