RefundRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for cloud kitchens to cut refund rates by catching the real causes: late handoff, missing items, packaging failures, courier mismatch, and menu items that don’t travel well. It connects to delivery platforms and POS/order systems, then tags each complaint/refund to a probable root cause using pattern detection (AI-assisted, but not magic). You get a daily “loss map” showing which station, shift, menu item, or packaging SKU is driving refunds, plus playbooks (e.g., swap container, change prep order, adjust hold times, remove fragile toppings, tweak pickup timing). It also generates evidence packets (timestamps, prep logs, photos) to dispute invalid chargebacks when possible. This is not a vanity analytics dashboard; it’s a workflow tool that forces fixes into ops and measures whether they worked.
