RefundRadar is a mobile + web app that helps retail banking customers recover money they’re legitimately owed from merchants: late deliveries, canceled subscriptions, duplicate charges, price adjustments, and return refunds that never arrived. Users connect their bank account via open-banking, forward receipts/emails, and set simple rules (e.g., “flag any return not refunded in 10 days”). The app builds a timeline of evidence (transaction, receipt, carrier tracking, cancellation confirmation) and generates a ready-to-send refund request to the merchant first, escalating to a bank dispute only when appropriate. It also tracks deadlines, required documents, and outcomes so users don’t lose money due to missed windows. This is not a magic “chargeback bot”; it’s a structured workflow that reduces effort, improves success rates, and prevents users from filing weak disputes that get denied.
