The product focuses on operational clarity rather than “magic fraud AI”: it provides evidence checklists, shipping/geo mismatch alerts, customer refund history, and templated dispute packets to reduce time-to-response. It also tracks refund leakage (policy exceptions, duplicate refunds, friendly fraud patterns) and suggests policy tweaks that are realistic for your business size. Expect some false positives and manual review—this is about reducing avoidable losses and labor, not eliminating fraud entirely.
