RefundRadar is a mobile + web app that connects to your bank accounts via open banking and scans transactions for potentially refundable fees and errors: overdraft/NSF fees, duplicate charges, subscription renewals you didn’t authorize, card-not-present disputes, and merchant billing mistakes. It then generates a pre-filled dispute/refund packet (timeline, evidence, merchant details, relevant policy language) and guides you through the exact bank/merchant workflow to submit it. The app tracks deadlines, status updates, and follow-ups, and estimates likelihood of success based on fee type and past outcomes. This is not magic: many refunds will be denied, and banks can be slow. The value is speed, organization, and higher completion rates for claims people already deserve but don’t pursue. Monetization: take a success fee on recovered amounts or charge a monthly plan for tracking and templates.
