RefundRelay

RefundRelay is a web app + merchant plugin that makes crypto refunds and partial refunds actually manageable. Most crypto checkout tools focus on getting paid, then leave merchants stuck when orders change, customers cancel, or chargeback-like disputes happen. RefundRelay tracks the original payment (chain, token, amount, exchange rate at purchase), lets support issue full/partial refunds in the same asset or a preferred stablecoin, and generates a customer-facing link to confirm the destination address to reduce “sent to wrong wallet” disasters. It also automates accounting exports with refund metadata so finance teams stop doing spreadsheet archaeology. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational pain: refunds are where crypto commerce breaks down and where merchants quietly abandon it. The MVP should focus on a few chains/tokens and do them reliably rather than pretending to support everything.
