Instead of treating all returns the same, it triages by item value, condition risk, customer history, shipping cost, and resale options. The app recommends outcomes like “keep item + partial refund,” “return to store,” “send to 3PL for inspection,” or “route to recommerce partner,” and auto-generates customer-facing instructions and labels. It integrates with Shopify and major carriers to pull order data and real shipping rates, then tracks whether items actually move and arrive. This isn’t magic: it won’t eliminate returns, but it can reduce unnecessary inbound shipping and speed up decisions that currently waste support time and margin. Best fit is mid-market stores where returns volume is large enough to justify process change.
