RefurbRadar is a mobile + web app that aggregates refurbished listings from major marketplaces and certified refurbishers, then scores each deal for risk and value. It normalizes messy listing data (condition grades, battery health, warranty length, return windows, seller reputation) into a single “Trust Score” and “True Price” that includes shipping, taxes, and likely accessory replacements. Users set alerts for specific models and minimum warranty/battery thresholds, and the app flags common red flags like missing OEM chargers, vague condition notes, or unusually short return policies. It also provides a simple post-purchase checklist and a time-boxed testing plan so buyers can validate devices before the return window closes. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional aggregation and alerts, with AI used to parse and classify listing text/images into standardized condition attributes.
