RegenBid is a web + mobile app that helps regenerative farms sell into premium buyers (brands, mills, co-ops, restaurants) by packaging credible, buyer-ready proof without heavy paperwork. Farmers upload a few core artifacts (field boundaries, practices, input receipts, grazing logs) and optionally connect existing tools (John Deere Ops Center exports, Climate FieldView files, lab PDFs). The app generates a simple “Outcome Packet” per lot/season: practice timeline, soil test deltas, biodiversity proxies, and a confidence score that flags weak evidence. Buyers can post sourcing requests with minimum proof requirements; farms respond with packets and pricing. It’s not a magic carbon-credit platform—it's a lightweight verification and deal workflow that reduces back-and-forth and makes regenerative claims less risky for buyers. Monetization: subscription for farms plus per-deal fees for buyers.
